UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, we need a complete and accurate street address
Calef’s cannot be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and does not insure or guarantee the quality or timeliness of our shipping partner, UPS
We only ship our delicious cheese at the beginning of the week so it won’t spend the weekend stuck in a warm UPS warehouse. UPS only moves standard packages Monday-Friday. Expedited shipments do move over the weekend. For more shipping information and timing, view our map below.
Shipments containing cheese will not ship from Calef’s Thursday – Sunday
Cheese and heat are not a good combination. Although our Cheddar’s do not require refrigeration, they should be kept cool. During the warmer months, May – October we recommend expedited 3 day shipping to the west coast and the deep south to ensure a fresh delicious product upon delivery.
We pack our cheese with insulated wrap and cold packs to ensure freshness.
